Konrad-Adenauer-Forum Berlin

Adenauer in Berlin - available from autumn 2024

From 28 September 2024, you can visit the new exhibition "Konrad Adenauer. The first Federal Chancellor". Get to know the first head of government of the Federal Republic of Germany, who shaped German post-war history. His policies laid important foundations that are still important for our all-German society today.

How did Konrad Adenauer succeed in establishing a stable democracy just a few years after the end of National Socialism? What direction did he take in the divided world of the Cold War? What was his attitude towards Berlin in the East-West conflict? What does he think about the idea of a united Europe and what steps does he take on the way there?

Experience Konrad Adenauer on around 400 square metres with interactive media and original objects. Immerse yourself in the Adenauer era with its crises and successes and learn more about the beginnings of the Federal Republic of Germany.

We look forward to your visit!
